B/c she seems way to kind to even do something her guild mate did. Also why is the plot moving so fast!?

@Mizuho9000 He wasn't racially profiled or what have you, he was profiled based on the bag he was carrying which is apparently a design of the other guild or something. It showed someone taking note of the bag prior, and all that.

Anyways, they SHOULD pay him what those potions are worth since they broke them, but now the alchemist GM seems to be extorting them for way more than the potions were actually worth, and that's not right. Not to that degree.

Frankly, both the alchemy guild and the adventurers are both in the wrong, it seems premeditated by the alchemy/hero side, and the MC is being used as an unwitting intermediary for extortion.

@Fari Just the potions worth isn't enough of a punishment, IMO. They mistreated the only guild willing to sell them remedies at a reasonable price. Let them get off easily, and they will think they can just walk all over the alchemists. They'll start to extort more potions for less money. It's the same logic that sees multimillion dollar corporations get slapped with millions in fines, to make sure it hurts so they won't do it again. (Rarely works in our world to my knowledge, sadly)

God fucking dammit. What's with Isekai manga and slave. So many stories try so hard to move around the fact that owning them is evil, but still give the MC a slave or two anyway - sometimes it's to help them or because they want to be MC slave of some shit. Dropped.

" Not with that supply and demand they won't, considering the only competitor asks for more, adventurers can't just low ball these potions, the alchemy guild can already say no to any price that isn't satisfactory, and do it easily as long as they don't raise their prices above the competition.

Anyways, a little extra does sound reasonable for the treatment, but not so much extra as to put someone into slavery. It's clear she's asking for a lot more than the potions were worth, both in pretending they were higher quality than they were, and also already asking for extra for the treatment. Treatment fees make sense, but this was premeditated extortion BY the alchemy guild.

The adventurer guild can pay for it hence why the alchemy lady put out that number.
It is supposed to punish the guild for not treating their important partners well and regarded them as punching bags.
It's nothing about the price of the potions, its about respect for the alchemy guild and the hero (not MC).

Just like I can't beat the living shit out of your country leader in live telecast and then screamed that I already paid up five times his hospital bill and that should have freed me from any responsibilities and criminal charges.

@Fari What @MonkeyMagic said. Remember, the alchemist didn't ask for a specific number or a slave. She merely stated that the market value for the potions the adventurer decided on wasn't enough compensation.

@MonkeyMagic Honestly though I wish you could and would do that. Regardless, actually hurting someone vs breaking products are not the same, though as I've already talked about, obviously yes there should be treatment fees, I explicitly agreed with that, not disagreed.

Anyways, I've said it like 3 times now but it really is about the amount. If a girl doesn't get pushed to slavery for it, it'd be fine, if the adventurer who did that shit paid the majority of it, and the officials covered the rest, I wouldn't care even that much even if it WAS blatant premeditated extortion (better comparison would be someone putting their own leg under a car and then yelling that 5 times the hospital bill isn't enough), but that's not the route it's seeming to be going down.

That doesn't seem like something they "can pay" reasonably.

Guys, you misunderstood something. I didn't got better and i wont. Because i'm Russian and well, many mistakes i've made - i just can't see because of my poor grammary skills
(i never studied English in the first place, i learned it by playing games and reading internet actually)
Yet, i'm improving in connecting characters dialogues to make more sense than in their original state, even if i have to rewrite some of them completely
You actually won't notice that because you can't compare it to original. But if you could, trust me, 1 and 2 chapters of my BAD translation would make more sense than original manga

Plot moving so fast because, well.... author of manga skipping A LOT of story and details and swapped some events
(e.g.: in LN, Hayato was leading MC to Alchemy guild, then he got his Guild Card and trained his alchemy with Reinrich. And AFTER that he went to eat something and met with slave cat girl! )
