@The General Audience, Sorte's getting annoying. Really really annoying. Whether she wants to protect her friend or not, her antics are becoming a distraction and MC needs to stand up to her and make her stop but I'm not holding my breath.

@mommunism, @magicman123

Oh, heaven's forbid men may find certain assets on a woman and certain personalities of a woman attractive, no, no that's horrible. So horrible. Let's call them names for it. Let's act like they're only men who live in a basement and never had relationships with women. Let me guess, you don't say this about any of the women attracted to men in shoujo, Josei, or any genre directed at women that use men as sex objects, do you? If not, double standard much?

@mommunism only,
Also, this fictional world has slavery, get over it. What's the MC supposed to do? Let her be brought by a man who obviously wants to abuse the slavery system and have his way with her? Sorte chose to be put into slavery along with her friend who also chose it no matter how ridiculous it is.

As far as Sorte and Aine go, Sorte chose it because she has an unrequited attraction to Aine who obviously has a growing attraction for MC. Sorte, however, only chooses to believe MC is some evil pervert based on her own prejudices. MC has yet to do anything to confirm this nonsensical view she has of him. Even in this current situation, when he shows he's being chivalrous and trying to save a woman from an actual pervert, Sorte disrespects him.

So, that's the actual story that was written on the pages and happened on the pages. Could the MC have argued against their enslavement given the ridiculous causation of it? Yeah, but he's already a pushover, that much is evident. He let his teacher push them into this situation and it was pretty obvious the teacher had a gripe with the guild and wanted to do it so he and the MC could use the adventurers to get free materials.

Back to The General audience,

I can understand the frustration, but you're reading a manga, that should automatically come with some awareness that there's a 95% chance the MC will suffer from I'm a Pushover Syndrome.

@Elroy79 If you think a woman's best traits are the fact that she has big tits and doesn't talk back when she's treated unfairly, you objectively deserve to be called names. It's cute that you would just fabricate a premise out of thin air to make some double standards argument, but I do call out stories that treat men like objects and I've given you no reason to assume o/w.

I don't care that the world has slavery. Don't waste your hyper-emphasized styling on a strawman. I care that the author virtue signals about slavery only to force contrived situations where the protagonist "just can't help himself" but to accept a bunch of slaves for the rest of the manga. You're so fucking focused on defending the protagonist in isolation instead of looking at how the story was written to make him do things. In other words, the author is trying to lazily write a good character who accepts bad practices so he can justify his fetish while preaching against it, and you're just falling for it. I don't want a perfect MC or ethical setting, I just want decent writing.

@mommunism,

OMG again, heaven's forbid a man finds a certain type of woman attractive, that he likes big tits and a woman who's not loudly insulting him like Sorte. Nice try trying to twist that around. And no, I have no reason to believe that you run into genres dedicated to women with stereotypical male character types in them and practice puritan virtue-signaling directed at them. I have no reason to assume that you're balanced in your puritanism when it comes to attacking males and females and their personal tastes. And no, don't twist this into me defending all types of fetishes cause I don't. No, let's be clear. I mean it's not like women don't fawn over a man's big muscular chest or anything like that and it's not like some women aren't attracted to brutish men or anything like that. Nooooo, nooo, let's not acknowledge that reality that women are just as easily attracted to male physical qualities and certain male personalities as well in certain strange stories (See 50 Shades of nonsense). We don't call them names, heaven's forbid, that'd be some kind of sexism. No, no, we call that sexual liberation and stuff. So I'm really not surprised at any double standards since they're all over society when it comes to this. Men like a thing in fiction, How dare you! Women like a thing in fiction, they're liberated and free and expressing themselves.

So far you've seen no evidence within the story of any mistreatment of Sorte, Aina, and Wendy beyond "OMG, slavery exists in this FICTIONAL world, how disgusting" and the fact MC finds Aina and Wendy physically attractive and not as infuriating as Sorte. Who isn't speaking up in Aina's defense, by the way, she's obviously just fulfilling that male-hating stereotypical role until the author decides it's not something they want to toy around with anymore.

You say you don't care that the world has slavery and that I built a strawman then you turn around and bring up slavery? Really?

I admitted the way the reason that was written to build his harem included a ridiculous causation. Especially for Sorte and Aina, but the causation with Wendy is to be expected the moment the slavery trope was used. Get over it. It's happened hundreds of times before in isekai that like to have slavery in their fictional worlds as the ridiculous vehicle to build the harem. But guess you missed me saying the causation was ridiculous since you're so hyper-focused on virtue signaling about men being attracted to big tits and quiet, submissive personalities. Oh the horror!

Oh the horror! Men acting on their natural, personal preferences for women. Oh the horror!

I'm not justifying lazy writing. I came into this story aware of what it was probably going to be. Sure, sometimes I get annoyed and complain about lazy writing, I admit that and can understand that frustration, but I responded to you because of your virtue-signaling and potential double standard when it comes to what a man, note, not all men, but A man may prefer in A woman. Of course, you try to extrapolate from a fictional story and use that to justify your name-calling because of the culture that exists in said fictional story. "They like a woman who doesn't go bonkers because she's lived I don't know how long in a world that has a slave system, and I don't know everything about said slave system or world (like if she has the means to liberate herself without suffering serious repercussions) other than OMG disgusting! They like her for her big tits and quiet, submissive personality! OMG she's a slave, how dare they! They're not up in arms in outrage at the author because they put slavery in their fictional world! Then...then...they must be [insert male-bashing name(s) and phrase(s) here]! Oh the horror!"

Oh, guess what, it's not a male thing either. Look at all the reverse harem stories directed at a female audience with slavery as a plot vehicle or people asking for them: Click here: Reverse Harems with Slavery. Oh the Horrors! Are you going to police them and female-bash these ladies?

@Elroy79 I'm not wasting my time on another brainless text wall like this. If you can't concisely answer an argument as a simple as mine was, you're either basking in your own melodrama or you're trying way too hard to "extrapolate" my positions (you did both last time). No amount of words could possibly make this thread or this manga less cringe-worthy, but you somehow managed to make it even more so with a Big Bang Theory gif.

@mommunism

My supposedly brainless wall of text answered your big brain arguments about men liking certain physical traits and personality traits of women perfectly fine. And I used a Big Bang Theory gif, so what. I think you're just upset someone challenged your nonsense. Nonsense I see so much in fan communities in which the male portion of the fanbase are attacked by current year puritans.

@Elroy79 No shit you think your answer was good. You wrote it. You thought the first one was good too, and yet it said nothing of value. It was just a bunch of verbose, irrelevant garbage. Your very first paragraph to me did nothing but appeal to subjectivity, make up random shit about what I do elsewhere, and throw out a generic conclusion based on your made up premise. I hadn't fully given up on your second commend until you repeated this same fucking stupid appeal in the first sentence. No person worth talking to ever does this. Either way, the fact that you see no problem with any reaction gif (not to mention one from BBT) just proves my point about the type of person this manga attracts. I don't need more evidence. Bye.

Why are you still wasting time with me if everything was irrelevant garbage? I noticed you've answered nothing I said adequately. For instance, have you gone out and policed the female fanbase who enjoy similar stories and like to fawn over male physical traits and docile male personalities yet?

What does caring about a meme gif have to do with the quality of an argument? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The meme was meant to troll you, and apparently, it did its job cause you're going bonkers about it.

Bye Felicia! Have a nice time in your bubble you don't want to think outside of but maybe next time you'll think twice before you act on your current year outrage ideology.

Since it's friction, allow people to be free with their writing...?
Also kinda nice how we can see more good points of Aina highlighted.
I think the size and shape being grande gives a nice visual impact... but only to a limit of rightful body proportions.. and clothes?
It would be weird if it was like the Lv.99 Joker/Sage's party members.

Wow...everyone seems to totally hate Sorte...she's a possessive little sister that views the MC as a baddie that's taking away her big sis. People not just lowkey dislike her, there are people actually saying she needs to be gang bang to be taught a lesson. What the EFF?!

She's slightly annoying but she has spunk and she's not some submissive slave that for no reason at all wants the MC's d*ck in them.

@Meo I mean sorte definitely extremely annoying/solidly hate her current character mainly because she remains me of my sister, but I 100% and seriously shock and concern why the fuck people was saying shit involving rape and gang-bang and think that shit is okay, comments or not,

Also the amount of people getting into virtual cock fight cause of this chapter..

God... Sorte, shut the fuck up, you mangy mutt! You don't even know his background and he don't even know yours! He can handle that dipshit's threats since he worked from a black company. He's been to an environment when people are prone to commit suicide through mental trauma.
