A lot of what needs to be said has been said, so all that's left is quality. Editing of the dialogue in this chapter looks iffy. Rough and rushed at the least. If you guys intend to continue and want a more positive response, at least be meticulous with your QA. Just comparing two of the titles you've tried to take up, even the dialogue of The Exiled Reincarnated Heavy Knight flowed way smoother than this chapter.

Oh geez, speaking of scanlators who beg for money and are generally scummy, ComicDom hit a ton of the manga I follow, surprised they didn't grab this one.

Just report their group for troll entry, because their behavior can't be justified as anything but a troll who are just going around sniping laying false claims of abandonment on other translating groups and advertising themselves to raise money, the cherry on top being themselves abandoning many of their own series.
And the series where they do the translations are also done half-assed where its just bad translations/proofreading one after the other.

While her personality does fit with being that young, I wouldn't be surprised if she's actually older, due to her fighting capability, and just likes to be spoiled. She was on equial footing (if not slightly better) in a fight with the wolf girl from the adventuring party, who was supposed to be able to take out earth dragons solo. It takes a lot of training to get that good, and I'm not sure that could be accomplished by the time you're 12.

Then again, the author might just like overpowered lolis.

Not necessarily true. Take a child and train them regularly from the time they can walk steadily (around 4) and see what happens when they hit 11-12. She was on equal footing with Renge not due to strength but due to skill and speed. Renge is far stronger than Shiro, but in terms of skill Shiro easily outclass Renge. Plus it's the difference between an adventurer who hunt monsters and a assassin who use to hunt people.
