You should note that those twitter links are to the mangaka's account proper! But that dumbass not understanding japanese took to his own interpretation that ch. 42 and vol. 9 were the "LAST" and not "latest".

The manga is past raw chapter 42, already at 46 and vol 10 releasing in the coming months.

It seems he already ran with his tail between his legs in shame since he's shown little to no activity in the forums since then and has not replied with some stupid comebacks whatsoever.

I really fucking hate these retards editing novelupdates/bakaupdates or spreading disinformation here without any basis.
Like in the Goshujin-sama yuku Isekai forum here people kept saying the LN was axed because they saw it on novelupdates, because some rando edited the entry without any basis, evidence or links and everything was a circular reference: "I saw it on novelupdates", on novelupdates "I read it on mangadex forums" and so on. And like that dumbass above people kept misinterpreting the last WN chapter afterwords as evidence of him ending the LN too. And what do we get? LN vol. 7 released mid 2024 and ENG volume with mention of next volume, so it's still ongoing.
"Maou-sama Retry has been cancelled" and a few months later JP vol. 9 is released late 2023 and ENG vol. 9 a year later and promise of vol. 10
"Skeleton Knight is finished!!!" Then seven seas adds an entry for vol. 11 pending release that's been pushed back a few times but already an ISBN # registered.
"Risou himo no seikatsu is AWOL, it's been years since LN vol. 14" and vol. 15 comes out late 2023
