Hey, anyone agree that it would be freaking hilarious if we exchanged all of the ordinary staff(the ones who aren't higher-ups in these Japanese companies, the ones being bossed around) with people from other countries(like US, Sweden, UK etc). Imagine what would happen, hehe.

I mean, these people are used to easily being able to boss people around but people from most well-off countries wouldn't accept any of that bullshit. It'd be truly funny to see these morons all panicky and helpless, because they wouldn't be able to do anything at all. Unpaid overtime? Fuck that, either pay me normal wage+bonus if you want me to work overtime or fuck off. Overtime with no choice given? Fuck that, you have no right to do that. Taking care of your work? Good fucking riddance and good luck with getting work done if you fire everyone who doesn't listen to you. Pfft.

Clearly these guys are just huge pushovers who tries to take the easy way out but has no balls whatsoever, at least the ones in this particular manga, haha. Abusing seniority and positions only gets you that far. It doesn't get you anywhere in other countries though and if everyone suddenly got exchanged with people from these countries, the companies they have would either have to adapt or get destroyed. I wish we could see something like that happening.
