Kuro is in it for the long term, he might get scolded now but in return he's got the gal indebted to him and can cash in himi's soul when he finally kocks the bucket. Glad to see mei actually take the initiative, defo proud to see her growth.
On another note, apparently this series is getting axed? A real shame since this had such a unique prekise with interesting dynakics between the humans, death gods, demons, amd angels.
Hopefully the author gets to make a series like this, one that would actually get the popularity it deserves.

One thing I don't get is that the soul of Himi wasn't taken through a death game so it should be invalid (the whole deal was that they could only take souls directly hence the reason for the death game)
