the issue is that some ripper sites remove the last or first page if it's a credits page.

Why not add the credits as a label on top and bottom of the pages? increasing the length of each page by some pixels isn't that much of a problem tbh, and I doubt those sites would take the time to crop the images.

It may be harmful for thir image, since people annoyed by it will steer away from them and their site.

Besides, it's in the middle of the chapter even on their website, so it's not like readers are getting better treatment over there.
