If the relatives of an employee are capable on their own merits, then they don’t need neopotism. This is why people hate nepotism. Actually, they don't hate it at all. They also love the idea of bringing your relatives on your workplace for some position as long as they capable. If my boss bring up one of his family as my co-worker and he perform good, why do I should against it? As long my workflow still running smoothly, I wouldn't caring that much about my co-worker background. Just do your job well and don't make the workflow ruined.
But, what we get from nepotism is far worse than this ideal one. Instead of getting a capable co-worker, we just get some shithole ass that only able to sit on their desk, do nothing, only able to slowering (or even ruining) the workflow, then get paid when we got blamed by the boss about the recent performance decline. So, that's why.
We don't hate nepotism at all. We just hate the nepotism that bringing idiots to ruin our work here.

actually you can change the monarch by supporting second line in throne if they are capable. also, A good king in charge supposed to able to choose the most capable children of his, not just first in line.If the relatives of an employee are capable on their own merits, then they don’t need neopotism.
It’s like people saying that monarchy is okay if there’s a good king in charge. Sure, it’s great when a good king is in charge… but it sucks when a bad king is in charge. And you can’t exactly change who is in charge of a monarchy unless you get out the guillotines.
That sounds great, but in fact, people would turned out a blind eye when the "ideal" that I said before was fulfilled (a competent relative). If the relatives of an employee are capable on their own merits, then they don’t need neopotism.

The problem with not having a predetermined heir to the throne is that it quickly becomes a source of conflict. Especially if there are multiple mothers involved. Having a predetermined heir is much more stable, and if he's incompetent he can be swapped for a better option, given the king goes through with it.actually you can change the monarch by supporting second line in throne if they are capable. also, A good king in charge supposed to able to choose the most capable children of his, not just first in line.
the problem with monarchy is the right decided by order of birth is stupid. King should educated all his children then choose the best one as successor by making few criteria that they need to fulfill. this way, it not just handed on silver plated.
actually it better than democracy as we vote for the not just for leader but also a party. we can vote better party but they choose corrupt leader anyway. plus you need majority of the citizens to be smart enough to vote and elect a good leader to run the country. country full of full will elect foolish leader and will continue to decline and destroying themselves.
just look USA for example, they still vote for Trump anyway because there are lots of his dumb supporter that vote for him. even there are people know its is bad, they can't do nothing as they are not majority.
having multiple mother is the actual problem, not the actual predetermined heir. because the on the line can be assassinate by other mothers to favor their children. you more likely getting assassinate if you are first on the line to the throne. The problem with not having a predetermined heir to the throne is that it quickly becomes a source of conflict.
