The most unrealistic thing about this manga is the fact the hero has sex with them. Everyone knows the more OP a hero is the less likely they are to have sex and he can one shot kill basically anything.

@starburst98 - there are isekai stories where MC has sex. They just don't get adapted to anime.
But mostly it's because the girls from this story are really good at what they are doing. Unlike girls from comedy stories who get all shy or sabotage each other.

I specified how OP they are was correlated. Like "in another world with my smartphone", hero was basically a god and he refused to sleep with any of them. The more normal level "strong but not unstoppable" heroes seem to be the ones that sleep with their waifus.
