Can't say much about this chapter in the novel, I skimmed it and mostly focused on the imprtant ones, don't remember one with MC powerlevelling people, but I'm fairly sure it was never brought up by MC in the ones I read.
Thing is the princess didn't exist in the web novel, MC fared more or less alone in the isekai after being summoned, maybe he got a advisor that kept distance and that was it.

MC have a Player Levelling system put up there too, and I don't thin the level cap was ever brought up.

MC level is special and it gets even more insane later.

the princess did get to MC world after several hundred chapters of the WN, but she was retconned into existence, probably to fit better with the light novel and the manga story, it doesn't change how she didn't exist at the start as MC never brought her up, of course after she was recreated he started to talk of her like a old comrade (doesn't really click super well after many hundred of chapters without a comment about her)

She is a good addition imo. It gives the other world some depth instead of him just autisticly grinding and beating the demon lord. MC is already pretty robot like on his own.

There was a short discussion about it when the Gunner system was explained, is a strong class at the beginning as they can use the fixed power of guns that is higher than a lv.1 adventurer attack, but then they hit a wall as the gun good point is even its bad, its fixed power makes a lv.100 user hit the same no matter what, is a class that grows based on the equipment, from MC talk we know is likely tat a gunner is able to learn specific class skills that makes it shot even harder, but is at a higher level and with the system just coming to Earth it would take a lot of time to get there.

Probably not the only class like that, I imagine if there is a alchemist one or similar it have the same problem, possibly worse.

There are even truly unique classes, that can have a extremely strong gimmick with a counterbalancing requirement to use that makes them hard to use, i think that MC is the hero class and is a unique one that can learn every skill and doesn't have a level cap, that is why he knows so much about jobs he doesn't use.
