I've tried that food and I would never recommend it. Raw egg yolk is fine, but the white parts are a big no. I used everything in me to be able to finish it just because it was expensive

It's at a Japanese restaurant and I'm on holiday in quite an expensive country. Also, you can't just eat any random raw egg, so of course the egg will not be cheap

So, TKG? I can imagine r the appeal of a yolk in rice/ramen but I'd rather the whites be cooked even if the rice is hot I doubt it's enough to cook it thru versus breaking it and covering it in the cooker lol even tho some ppl do eat raw eggs
