If you know it's called "pâté", why did you call it "liver paste" in the title and within the body of the chapter?
Perhaps because the softer German- and Nordic-style types of liver pâté are generally called liver paste in English? I agree that it should probably have been pâté, because "Gen" is set in a France-like realm, as opposed to "Nobu" — but the spread seen in this episode is soft. There are soft forms of pâté, too, though.
Meanwhile, I really think the endnotes should have mentioned "leverpostej" as well.
