Imma be real with you here chief, I don’t think theres a lot of pubs (or sake bar in this case) that sell food under-seasoned.
At the very least they would slightly oversalt their food cuz you know what eating salty food do to you: You get thirsty. That and kidney stones but well…
Once you’re thirsty tho, you’ll be more likely to order drinks and tadah, money.
