both of them just explained that they come from far east country... since those guys practically never go out to other far away countries (they probably just traveling as far to neighborhood country) or even continent, they didn't know anything about other continent/countries cultures, so they didn't think much about it.

@GamesGal Since it's been established that their world was connected via magic, I also have to wonder if the god who did it added some kind of confusion magic so that people are less likely to question. Whenever people start getting curious, it seems like they get distracted by the food. xD

@zDarkness If i am not mistaken their shop exist in two realities at the same time, so they are still connected to the electrical grid of their original city so they aren't using a personal generator, now how much their bill comes i don't know, but in Aithera they are being paid in gold and silver depending on the comparative age of the pieces ( for our standards ) and marchet prices they are receiving quite a lot.

@Swindy There was a disagreement between the group who originally made the translation and mangadex so the group removed their chapters. The current translator is retranslating them to ensure there are no claim of mangadex stealing translations.
