From what I remember, the MC doesn't remember any of these people until he got reincarnated back to highschool, meaning they were all eaten by Variants at some point, in his regular timeline. At the current point, he has a vague memory of his parents leaving town for work, which is probably just the leftover residue of Variant memory erasure, Futaba was also adopted into the family years ago, when her family also vaguely went away somewhere.

Maybe, Futaba is a Variant and Susano'o's daughter is the one who took over her for reasons.
But since it was just a unborn child, it didn't have a sense of self, and just became part of original Futaba.

You know, the MC should have just destroyed everything related to Yamato and their sacrificing. He is just passing on the technology Yamato has to Yggdrasil and in turn they will use it. Since Humans have such a short lifespan even with warnings from history we will repeat this. So it's better to destroy everything so even if it is to be repeated it would take a longer time before it happens. So they can make some rules or laws to prevent it from happening again in that time.

So if I'm getting this correctly, the mother and father god stole the bodies of MC's parents, while the MC's mother was pregnant with his sister.

Even if that isn't the case and there's some other shenanigans afoot, it doesn't change the fact that the gods are coming down and stealing people's bodies just to eat other people, erasing their entire existence so no one will even mourn them, and generally be dicks - they should be killed, and then killed again in their own realm thus vanquishing them forever.

I'm also not a big fan of the fact MC is a 'chosen one' who went to another world to forge him into a powerful being... There's something less fun about it, when it's not just happenstance that he went to another world.
The power-scaling has also gotten kinda stupid. He apparently defeated all the evil gods, by going into their real, in the other world - but now he can barely handle an old man on some particularly strong steroids?... lame.
