You ain't seen nothin' yet.Everytime they show his childhood friend, the more I dislike her.
He should have used the Hypnosis to have them "leak" all proof and documentation about their misgivings, what he did in this chapter is essentially give them a slap on the hand, but this is a Japanese manga and god forbid the lower classes opposing people in a higher station in life.Using hypnosis to get them to tell the truth is OP, and morally a little gray. We're ok with it because they were criminals and because MC is a 100% pure good boy. And the director is an unserious goof who got cucked by those criminals.
yeah hypnosis is pretty op and in most cases it's used against criminals, i like how things are dealt with in this manga that's why i find it very interesting and keep on looking forward for the next chapter asapUsing hypnosis to get them to tell the truth is OP, and morally a little gray. We're ok with it because they were criminals and because MC is a 100% pure good boy. And the director is an unserious goof who got cucked by those criminals.
Imagine it outside of this manga, however. There's no way to guarantee the hypnotic suggestion was "tell the truth" opposed to "tell me what I want to hear." It's very easy to abuse. That's a scary scary superpower.
The B plot about the students is interesting. They're fleshing out these kids getting wrapped up in the schemes of the powerful, and how their society values people for their perceived power. Like the Otaku groupies surrounding his childhood friend and calling him a weak class E- that's some fascist logic you nerds. And the students feeling bad about how they almost got themselves killed and starting their redemption arc are challenging their assumptions about exploring.
BTW hypnotizing them to go into the dungeon is kind of a death sentence? Which we're ok with because they were criminals and the MC is a 100% pure good boy! Glad that justice is easy like that.
well he mostly cared about why he was in E class but also got annoyed with how they treated the kids so his punishment was related to all thatHe should have used the Hypnosis to have them "leak" all proof and documentation about heir misgivings, what he did in this chapter is essentially give them a slap on the hand.
He just got slightly annoyed that's all if he really cared about the kid he'd have the plot revealed to the public nothing is stopping the next government plant to continue with the "plan", if it was revealed you could have the public pressure the government into passing regulations/protections (wishful thinking i know but this is a fantasy manga) and none of it would have anything to do with him.well he mostly cared about why he was in E class but also got annoyed with how they treated the kids so his punishment was related to all that
Dunno about LN but there is WN translation ongoing on NovelUpdates and Foxaholic. Check ToC one of the links under the 'Track'. Coincidentally there most of official links to support author (aka publishing company that sometimes has bearly to do with author), NovelUpdates and Foxaholic should have them as well (depend on diligence of TL/ED) so try looking through them.Does this have a English LN translatetion
Her high point as a character is doing mostly-naked dungeon streams for superchat cash after being thrown out of school, and she can't even manage that without being a total cunt to the ML all the while. Folks get on the god-tier author universe for being comically harsh on its villains, but stuff like this could lean a little harder in that direction.I hope there is some redemption for his childhood friend...in the novels she's absolutely irreemdable.
