She goes full gold digger when MC's youtuber identity and feats are exposed. First spreading rumors that she is his GF than fiance and even claims she is pragnant (its from some rando). Media turns on the MC for a little while but he exposes her lies with literal video recordings.
She goes off the rails after that. Starts an adventurer training course scam with her parents, causes several deaths, becomes a fugitive, kills her parents, runs in to dungeon to hide, gets killed, gets raised as undead wraith by the dungeon and finally gets killed by the MC.

This is a bit annoying now. It was ok at first but being looked down on so much and not caring at all. Think how your dead parents would feel if you were mocked? How would you feel if someone mocked your parents? Its ok hiding a bit but not caring at all and letting yourself be a doormat is not entertaining.

I think it’s clear that he’s annoyed though isn’t it? He does care, but he’s just not letting it show because he thinks these people are all worthless idiots that aren’t worth convincing.

It’s also ironic when most of them are probably only alive thanks to his videos so if he hadn’t made them there’d be fewer people laughing at him.

I think part of the reason he’s not reacting to this BS is that it’s also really low on his list of concerns. He’s basically shouldering the revival of the resource gathering needed to keep society from crumbling, so a few whiny kids (he’s actually 25) laughing at him in ignorance isn’t really a big problem.
