A paid stuff or ad free r not the problem, it's the scam thing, make it double when u need to pay for it...
And that is the notion that gets people trapped in those Scams.
If you get used to the notion that paying for every little thing or for an ad-free experience is ok, then paying for other thing is as well, which gets people trapped in many Scams.
And some Scams aren't even either obvious or illegal.
Which is why many people and even big corporates easily escape free from any legal charges even after doing them.
Like that Guide thing in this story.
There is almost no way to legally charge that person with any crimes or him asking for money to view his full content.
Since, there is no way to prove the info he provided is false nor any law against posting of inaccurate info.
Plus, he can just chalk up the deaths or accidents of those people in that dungeon as people error rather than his own.
Unless they make some special law or some BS reasoning, legally that guy can't be touched, and the maximum loss he would get is maybe a ban from the social platform on which he was posting his content.
