So... if his goal is to solve the situation quick to watch anime like a lazy jerk, why can't he just rush those dungeons instead of going painfully level by level ? Like he just did it to the first dungeon, and suddenly he's taking his sweet time ?

Because he has to come up with enough resources for the entire world.
Muuuuuch much better to make good and effective strategy guide videos that everyone can follow. The more people earning drops in the dungeon instead of getting killed, the better odds they have of civilization not crumbling due to lack of resources.

I mean, I'm not arguing he's not doing it better like this, I'm just saying, that's kind of the opposite of being lazy.

Well, wise leaders all around the world know: if you want something done as quickly and effectively as possible, get the laziest person you can find to do it.
Why? Because a lazy person will
- Do it as quickly as possible so they can get back to lazing around ASAP
- Do it in a way that will keep them from having to do it again for as long as possible
- And do it in a way so that when they actually do have to do it again, it'll go quicker than the first time they did it.
