Griffon: "I don't want to get involved with human affairs".

Also Griffon: "I'm here to make a grand show in front of multiple countries, showing that I support the new king and the stories about me raising him were not mere myths nor legends".
And? I think you are confusing his meaning, he is saying he doesnt get into the affairs of ants. If he comes to visit his favorite ant, why does he care about the impact on other ants? That isnt a human affair its his personal affair, he worries about what humans think as much as you worry about what ants think

I really forgot about Griffon! I don't even remember whether he came during Almus-Tetra wedding. But this is the first time Almus proved that he is truly Griffon's son.

Can't understand why people call the Griffon 'step dad' when he is more of a foster/adoptive father.
It shorter to write , and well technically it's the same (i know that there is no mother to be step, i would just use Dad with no other word)

I'm really thankful for the translation, but this needs proofreading/editing since a few chapters, and it isn't getting better.

Having the first wife perform the ceremony to wed her husband to his second wife is kind of fucked
Like I said previously, the author had to force the flatchest into the picture somehow. He already did with the successful defense of Rosice, which was a matter between Almus and Yuria. (I recall correctly, winning that war was a condition for Almus to win Yuria's hand in marriage.) Tetra had very little to do with it; it was effectively Yuria's arc, but there she was--hamfistedly pushed into the conclusion.

This time around--not even long after the first time--she's made to perform the wedding between Almus and Yuria. I wonder if the wall-lickers will question it now.

The officiating priestess of a wedding being the first wife is something I've never seen before even in fiction. Normally that would be a massive conflict of interest, but not only is polygamy accepted, Tetra herself approves of Yulia as Almus's second wife.

Also haven't seen Griffon dad in a long time, glad he isn't forgotten; his appearance here actually gives credence to the legend of Almus supposedly being raised by him. That should boost his popularity yet again.
