I mean...he was able to crush wood boards with his bare hands with just a handful of people. And now, he's got a full 100 recognizing him as a leader. He should be safe, right?
Why would there be ~100 houses worth when 30 of those people are new arrivals?
I mean it's not necessarily unbelievable to have spare houses for future people, but also at that point why not have more than 100 houses? Having new arrivals evenly fill it out seems convenient.
@Fari You'd have to ask about that from the previous denizens of the village, decades in the past. Almus & Co didn't build the houses, they just repaired them. Obviously there were enough houses for the max number of people back then, before the curse killed them all.
