honestly i think it was both of them. can't trust shit from either of them. one is too straight lace acting and the other is far too sleazy acting. if anything, suppa is being manipulated by les. like the queen said before, "it's impressive that the assassins got past the castle's guards" and we are now finding out that les is in charge of a squad. i wouldn't put it past him to clear out the guards near the infiltration route used while having suppa make the payments for the assassins. or the last page is just a red herring and suppa had nothing to do with the assassination attempt and is just mad at the mc for embarrassing him. either way les is 100% involved. and if i'm wrong, i'll admit it graciously.

Well, the Manga is different from the Web Novel (not sure about the Light Novel, which apparently this series has).

In the WN, the first one he impregnates is his Mother (Adoptive Mother in Manga). And the one after that is a married woman, basically the Queen's older nephew's wife, who apparently haven't been able to conceive yet, because apparently that nephew seems to be infertile. This is based on the chapters translated so far, haven't checked the untranslated chapters yet.

Well this all only happens in the WN because MC has a specific skill, which controls his ability to impregnate, and has a 100% success rate when turned ON.

Considering the international trend and how every country is trying to force Japan to follow, i would say that censorship in Manga, Anime & LN illustration are probably going to get worse, especially with increased foreign workforce in Japan.

Just see the recent issue with Dragon Quest III Remake controversy. Even the original creator and editor related to the series commented on how stupid the censorship was during a live stream interview, and instead of accepting Square Enix hurriedly took out that segment from the interview, because some people from abroad were angry at the creators comments regarding the censorship.

The plot is somewhat different in the Web Novel, i read it completely (using fan-translation and MTL).
Like in the Web Novel, Sao is actually the son of his mother, unlike the Manga were he is a adoptive-son (probably they wanted to avoid Incest references in the Manga, so went for Inseki instead).

So, I am not sure how much would be changed in the Manga, but in the Web Novel the Nephew's aren't working together, it's the handsome one (aka., Lespar) who is manipulating him from background, who inturn was manipulated because of influence from another nation.
In all this, MC ends up having sex and impregnating Suppapan's Wife, because apparently Suppapan is infertile. And MC also ends up having sex and impregnating a Knight woman under Lespar who was in love with him (though Lespar didn't love her).
