Honestly, this is unironically one of the best isekais I've ever read. It's incredibly dumb and the plot is largely an excuse for the sex scenes, but all the characters are genuinely charming, the MC has a real personality, and the side characters have far more agency and are on more of an equal standing with the MC (both power and plotwise) than in most other isekais. It helps a lot that it's more of a poly relationship than a harem; makes it feel less like a self-insert power fantasy and more like I'm just observing a bunch of characters having fun with each other. Each chapter puts a smile on my face and that's worth a lot.
