It's always intentional. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a group ignore a manga. And as soon as someone drops a new new chapter, the old group "suddenly" drops 1 to several new chapters.

eh sometimes its not malicious like some groups have policies to release an entire arc at once to avoid unfairly paced cliffhangers which im honestly cool with.

or when the author starts putting out half chapters, and the group needs to decide if its better to wait for the full chapter. those can be annoying sometimes.

however, seeing nothing released for 10 months (like this case), and then seeing a new chapter? seems abit excessive

Look who woke up after keeping the chapter hostage for 10 months. They are doing this for free so I have no right to complain however I really cheer on the other group even disregarding a bit lower quality of the translation.

oh im not saying that they are wrong. just that its unfair to group all scanlation groups like that when some of them have good reasons for delays.

I can already see 29 chapters of this mange and non-parts but each chapter as full chapter, without any part 2.

So most probably Trap-Scan were just neglecting this manga for some reason unknown.
But I have to agree that quality much better that previous posted chapter by another group.

To all who are wondering, we didnt hold any chapters, we just took it back up after losing staff and I had forgotten to post it when it was done and when I came to check someone else already did... so I just posted ours because I don't want the hard work to go to waste
