So many chapters, thank you. As for quality: I'm no expert but I haven't noticed anything particularly wrong, the conversations flow well too. So no, I don't feel quality is dropping. Typesetting is fine too, 80-20 I'd say, doing the remaining 20 wouldn't be productive.

as far as i know/remember, there isn't any reason mentioned as to why he refuses to do so. maybe in the novel or in a later chapter they'll explain it.
