So I somewhat skimmed through to the latest chapter, here is a short burst review.
The Art- Pretty good, nothing to write home about. Still decent so either a 7 or 8/10 depending on how you feel.
The MC- Values are kind of realistic considering his backstory. Personality is relatively dick-ish so far, but its not to the point where you would constantly start questioning why you should root for him. Though you do at the very least ask the question once or twice so far.
The Story- Yeah, the other comments simplify it pretty well. In a slightly more lengthy explanation: Its practically hentai lite, and the other characters serve as either stereotypes that are used to make the MC's edginess look "cool and better than everyone!!!" or someone he is going to have sex with in the future. Still, its better than some of the other stories that include the S.V. and Smut tags I've read.
TLR Art is good, story is pretty much a hentai story, and at the very least the character, while edgy and somewhat dick-ish. Is not obsessed with stuff like raping every single female character.

Let's give this a legitimate evaluation. TL;DR: Overall, this shit has a weak ass story, a main character that is incompetent and stupid, an awful plot, but worst of all: inconsistent, short h-scenes. This is supposed to be an ecchi smut manga and they are missing out on the key fucking ingredient. They gotta have more h-scenes, because it's already failing as a manga, so it HAS to succeed as a hentai. Since it doesn't, do either well, this is a fucking yikes from me. Just go and read a mind break or rape doujin. Much more time efficient and significantly higher quality.
H-Scenes: You get like 6-8 pages of it per chapter, if you get any at all. Most of it is pretty low quality shit, most of them are just a bit of fucking and it's over in a couple of seconds, so it's simply a 3/10. You would be better off reading a doujin. 20+ pages full of fucking will always beat 6-8 pages of limp dick shenanigans.
Art style: It is pretty average for most hentai. Nothing wrong with it, but it's nothing noteworthy. A solid 6 in that regard.
Storywise: Pretty sure no one gives a fuck about this bit, it's boring, poorly structured, plot is nonsensical etc. so a 4/10.
MC: Edgy protagonist that wants to fuck at every given opportunity. He's just a big ball of meh. Idk why @HellifIknow is saying that he doesn't rape every single female character. He literally has in every sex scene. First one is mind control rape, second one is hypnosis/mind control, third regular rape, and fourth is mind control/mind break rape. Idk how they missed every sex scene. Maybe you could say the second one wasn't really rape, but she was under the influence of his magic, so it made sense for me to consider it rape hentai as well. Nothing really wrong with rape hentai, just saying it clearly happened lol.
He feels pointlessly evil for the sake of being edgy when it simply isn't necessary and is less efficient. Considering he can use a resurrection spell, doesn't it makes more sense to constantly remove the dude's brain after each heal/resurrection to mass produce them for experimentation? Or you could just grow them on your own with a tissue sample? Or utilize your magic to just study one unobtrusively? My point is he isn't really evil with a concrete purpose, he's cartoonishly evil and its cringey. Overwhelmingly cringey. Nothing wrong with being an asshole character or disregarding the lives of others for your own benefit. It's just that he does it in the dumbest situations. Also, with the whole personality swapping between goody two-shoes (saving the dying soldier) and brutal torturer is fucking stupid. It's not like he's playing a role to trick people. He didn't have to save the knight, it wasn't his responsibility in the slightest. It would fall on the shoulders of the priest. His value systems are inconsistent and downright stupid. It doesn't make sense for him to heal the soldier when he gets nothing from it. Also with the start of the manga, he doesn't need to stick with the heroes at the start at all. He could just dip off to some remote area to carry out his experiments as soon as he gets the info he needs. If human experimentation is his goal, just go find some remote village, enslave them and get to work. Kidnap some people from other races on occasion and bring them back to your place. If he wants to be a rapist too, he can also easily kidnap any girls he finds attractive. It's honestly less effort than what he is doing rn. It is a massive character conflict. Because of how 1 dimensional his character is, it's a 1/10. Then again, none of yall are reading this for the MC or the plot, you just wanna see elf titties.

@Podi125 Fair enough with your evaluation, but like I said, skimmed. I read little, zoomed through the images, and went onto the next chapter. It didn't make me immediately barf like some other stories that hold the combo Ecchi, S.V., and Smut tags, so I went a bit easy on it admittedly. Not saying it deserves a seven or eight mind you.
I also said that he doesn't rape every single female character as he didn't rape the second princess, the queen, or the priestess upon meeting them (so far). Like every other overly edgy and evil character that I've seen in similar stories. The fourth one with the dark elf is also arguable as the dark elf did want to have sex with him.

@HellifIknow Yes he didn't rape everyone YET. He's obviously going to end up doing it at some point, considering every sex scene has involved either violent rape or mental manipulation. The fourth one is barely debatable, he literally and figuratively broke her mind. She wasn't in a state where she can properly give consent, so yeah it's rape. She had amnesia and had her mind altered by him. It's a classic mindbreak/mind control plot. I could see an argument for the one with the princess, since he only heightened her senses to make her think she was in love but she was not. It was more or less hypnosis/mindcontrol but it's still rape. It's the same thing as drugging a woman and then fucking her. Also, idk how you weren't disturbed by the whole brain stabbing thing. Seemed a bit gross to me. I can handle guro and ryona but this was just gross. Like not so gross that I'm visibly disturbed, but it does make me think "Wtf kind of shit am I reading?" The fact that it was poorly done makes it even worse honestly. It was just not really my cup tea and felt like something that would instantly make most people's dicks go limp.

@Podi125 Wait are we talking about the same one here? With the dark elf, or am I just confused and you were talking about a different? Cause if its the dark elf one in chapter 6, well I probably didn't read enough of the text to fully understand the situation. Only saw that she approached him from behind and basically tried to have sex with him and thought "Yep, another sex scene moving on.".

The experimenting on a male dark elf to show how edgy and evil the character is I mean. I guess I skipped a bit to quickly. But yeah that is clearly just sick shit that I didn't even think of counting as hentai/porn.
