No one on Diablo's side dies. Talismaster is being misleading, what happens is that Diablo kills a fallen along with his harem of 4 wives when the vanguard army for the demon king invades. He also decimates the whole army.

Disapointing, someone from Diablo side dying would be interesting but at least finally someone dies in this story, it was starting to get ridiculous how many people didn't die from the fatal level tshit happening...
