I mean, whether MC believes being sold into slavery for stealing a bandana is wrong or not, what are you expecting him to do about it? Go against the village he just befriended, free the man and then go on a personal crusade to change the entire culture of the world he just got isekai'd into? Even if you believe slavery is wrong, that's just stupid, cause it's obviously doomed to fail, and he'll help no slaves when he's dead. If he for argument's sake were to run into an organized rebel group working towards emancipation of all slaves and they asked him to join them, then he'd be facing an actual realistic moral choice. But choosing between almost certain death and tentatively not actively freeing slaves by brute force is not a rational dilemma.

I happen to know that he'll go on to buy that big boobie slave and then bang her, so he's probably not actually all that heroic, but you can't really make that determination just based on what happened in the second chapter.

Every time I come back to a manga on this site I can't remember most of the names of characters. Now people are discussing moral relativism over porn isekai? Honestly, I imagine people come here for the art(porn in this case) and world building, not for the self insert character.

Anyway most of the popular manga out there seems to have some crazy protagonist like this. The plot seems to favor them no matter what choices they make (they just have no real consequences). Just read it for the art and world and you'll be fine.
