You remember it wrong. So far manga isn't any different to web novel in the details you mentioned. In the web novel, just like in manga increased exp affects the whole party, crystallization boost affects only mc himself. Durandal takes more than 60 points. He can only use it together with x32 exp. He would need to be level 30+ to use full x64 exp together with Durandal and multiple jobs.

She's a slave, that's it. She has accepted that fact (though, like I said, I do wish she at least dreams of freedom), so that's the baseline she needs to deal with. Her "consent" is to bet on being Michio's slave is better than being someone else's slave. So far that has been quite a good bet and she really went for it, from the beginning.
