Yeah the evil noble getting away with his (effectively) 3D-printed guns and being a douchebag who never personally faced any consequences for his actions (besides the device potentially being destroyed)

Could have at least had the assassin imply that she would take him out due to his new power vacuum after losing his agent, he seems arrogant enough to be taken out surprisingly easily by someone actually competent.
