I hope the manga goes into just as much detail as the novel about his existential crisis that he has sometimes. It's a really interesting aspect of the novel that I feel Isekai novels don't explore enough. Although I am a bit disappointed in the background art of the manga, I am just happy it's getting released lol

It'd be interesting if he awoke at some point realising he'd gone berserk and his confusion stat never actually reset his mindset. Would turn this pretty dark, pretty much instantl.

Well MC's is currently under a dillema.

On one side there is this system, that helps him to keep his cool under any situation, klling his emotions, instantly making him have calm decisions based on the events occuring.

On the other side, if MC ego is killed by the system, who is MC. What separates him from the system? If his conclusions are there thanks to the system(skill), isn't it possible that all "his" conclusions, are from the system and not his?

What defines a being as being himself and not any other, isn't that the ego? That is being bent by the system. So MC himself is being bent by the system.

Thus we have the mental breakdown, which is MC ego trying to resist the effects of this skill.

Although Descartes didn't quite achieve a priori knowledge, the axiom "I think, therefore I am," still reveals an insight into the nature of sapience. Although the [???] system may be beneficial, it's also slowly killing him at the same time. Turning him into a slave of the dream.
