I already knew this was the last one but MY GOD what a cliffhanger to end this on. Such a shame because I want to see him go complete destruction on them (hopeful that it goes the Overlord style of destruction). I hope so too, but I would look elsewhere in the mean time...the light novel's latest release is volume 3, released March 2020.

I hope the author (Aono Akira) finds a new illustrator and/or BARZ gets better; BARZ is the illustrator for the light novel too, it seems.
