Silas has been working as a translator for hire for awhile now. I assume that these posts are because of a commission. Not sure why it would be tho. Never the less it doesn't hurt to have different versions.

With all due respect, this translation is not as good as the previously existing one. Language is clunky and doesn’t feel like it was proofread by a native English speaker.

“Propose” is a verb, not a noun, so you can’t “accept a propose.” You “accept a proposal.” “Highest form of bow” doesn’t really make sense, either. There are a few grammar errors throughout, like capitalization after a comma, and the mixed fonts and caps muddy the waters.

However, there are a couple differences from the other translation that are improvements: noting that a skill doesn’t take effect until level 1.0 makes sense when he’s absorbing 0.2 points of a skill. The other TL used “level 100” instead, which doesn’t really follow. This version also translates and redraws some of the background text, which the other TL neglected to do.

It feels like more work went into this one, which makes the clunky English even more unfortunate.

Yeah, I know how Silas works. It's just weird that anyone would pay someone to translate a work that's already been worked on. Unless it took a month to do those 6 chapters.

I will argue that it also does sort of hurt to have different versions because time spent re-doing a work that's already translated is time that could've been spent on a series that actually needs love.

It took almost a month to do the 17 chapters...
