Currently read to Chapter 18, I recommend giving it a try.
The beginning is a bit rough, the MC really dislikes his sister and it feels unnecessary how much they repeat it, but it is to make his thought processes in the future more clear and understandable.
The world-building is a bit slow, but a good pace as a slice of life, and it is relatively unique. The MC actually interacts with the world and it expands as he moves with it. The pacing is consistent after the first few chapters. And the rules of the world have been consistent so far, with no weird issues with the author going back and forth on things. Although some of the rules of the world are left vague, but the MC is still figuring it out himself.

Could have been your average comfy isekai slow life if he isekai'd there alone. Too bad, his shitty sister AND her equally shitty friends were there too. Later on it's pretty much alternating between a bit of comfy life/adventure and being tasked by the gods to clean up the mess made by his sister's screwing around.

The lack of common isekai tropes is really refreshing to read. Even the tropes that are there aren't too garish. The mc is a bit op, but he's not stupid. And its nice that the world building means the the characters are conscious of overuse of magic, which in turn means they don't treat the mc like a saint for introducing basic technology.

I'll also add that the earlier comments are downplaying how bad his sister and her friends are, and the mc's uneasiness around others because of them makes him feel more human.

Pros:
Has a unique feel compared to other isekais
The author let's you slowly adjust to the world and learn about it as the mc does which is refreshing since you don't get an information overload at the start
The mc takes his time adding things to the world as he wants/needs things and is conciously not steam rolling so he can avoid drawing his sisters attention
His dislike for his sister and her friends is proportional to what he went through and he acknowledges it and how it affects his interactions with others making him seem like an ordinary human
The art is beautiful

Cons:
The diolog jumps and skips around quite often which makes the flow pretty janky and hard to follow at times.

Over all I am thoroughly enjoying this series. It's a great slice of life with a good touch of adventure and a good backing story.

At chapter 28 he pretty much shows everyone out of nowhere that he can do all that stuff. What was the point about hiding things? It suddenly got much more boring.
