@Qelix doesn't quite feel like cornering yet, more like caution. if he really is as bad as the songs say, getting any closer than this would be bad. Hell, even if they know that the songs are bull, their reputation could be negatively impacted by association with him.

That said, she reminds me of a paladin character I played with in a DND campaign that took a swing at a goddess who endangered the party. Plus she's obviously the shitstirrer that other guy is worried about.

@icarushector This sounds like one of those D&D stories that gets passed around the internet, like Sir Bearington or that monk who was dressed up like a luchador and grappled a dragon out of the sky. If you think the rest of the situation surrounding taking a swing at the goddess would be funny or interesting, by all means do share.
