The title translation was WAYY off.
It should be: "No matter how you put it, a middle aged man that has been summoned twice to other world is stronger than high schooler hero."
'Dou kangaete mo' Is not 'somehow', it's 'no matter how you put it' or 'no matter what you think'.

I actually really like the concept because it lets the main character Have a reason for knowing how the tropes Happen and how they are most likely being exploited And the subtle indications of what happened in his other worldly adventure an interesting foreshadowing element
