Second, if he somehow manage to kill him, how will he escape? Who will help/cover him? He is a fucking nobody in that world, he has zero connections.
Third, the shitbag is a high-rank officer, so if MC manage to kill him and escape, no shit that the kingdom and the military will go after his friends that were summoned along with him, the FMC and his Orc friend, and will gain the resentment from them.
"Why the MC is a pussy, beta male?". Uh no, so far he's pretty level-headed. And wtf the "beta male" still here, I thought it was proven bullshit long ago.
"One of the main characters is a weakling who accepts being sexually harassed ? The fuck ?" Seriously... when a human deals with life threatening or uncomfortable situations, it's either fight, flee or freeze. And the only option for her is freeze. She can't fight back the shitbag, because he is her superior, she doesn't have a good connections (seem so), and who knows if she refuses, the shitbag will do worse things to her to make her more "obedient". She can't flee either, she will be branded as a deserter (don't know the military rule in this manga); if not, she will not have a good future because of her bad resume in the military.

TLDR: I know this is a "trash" isekai, but please don't shut down your brain and common sense to enjoy it.
