Sometimes i wish the manga had a better sense of time. I have no idea how much time has passed between Hakuren being pregnant and childbirth.

Do different species have different gestation times? Wish the author was a bit more detailed in the world building and lore.

And many years has it been already? I know a few winters has passed at least.

I'm shocked. Almost the entire chapter was dialogue (until our MC showed up, of course). But for just a moment, it felt like reading a real story where you find out what's happening from seeing it, instead of the author blandly expositing.

I know better than to have hope that it will stay like that, though.
