I feel like it contradicts itself if the MC Died in the hospital at the age of 39 due to overworking, but also somehow spent dozens of years in a hospital bed.

I was looking for a post with someone pointing this out. I was scratching my head for a moment trying to sort his backstory out. The MC says he's 39 in the narration, but says he got hospitalized at 30 literally right before that. He says he spent dozens of years in hospital bed, but going by what he says in this chapter alone, he didn't even reach a single dozen.

The only way I can see this still being factually true is if he were also sickly as an infant, got better as he hit adulthood/his college years, and then squandered that by overworking till the point where he says he got hospitalized.

If not, then maybe the translator added in the "dozens" in the text where he shouldn't have.
