I don't think we have to spoil it as is never brought up again and is novel content the manga skips because is mainly the MC POV.
The girl is the one with the hero sword sealed in her body, Urza was called because she is the hero queen, so they probably made some ritual to extract it without killing the girl, or healing her very fast, if it wasn't a problem it would have been left alone so I can only imagine that the sword would erupt out the girl after a certain time or if a hero needed it.
Even probable they just used a hero related ritual to move it safely.
The story talked about how humans had heroes a the start, when they brought up the war for the famine more often, so Urza is probably only one of them or one of the strongest in history.
