Nope they haven't if you look at the map near the end of the chapter you would see the demon king territory covering half the continent. With the other half split between, presumingly, multiple human nations with the active front lines of battle between some of the humans and demons on the border of the demon king territory.

From the looks of things the demon king kindoms still has plenty of leeway with how relaxed the demon king and his advisors are despite being at war

Even if they can perfectly hit between the seams of your armour, it doesn't make armour useless. You can still protect your vitals, and unless you're going to lose regardless, they have fewer targets if you have armour on, which makes defence easier.

If i remember correctly in novel said that armor just got destroyed in seconds instead.

Where did you got this from? Human's kingdoms not destroyed just because no one wanna rule them afterwards so war drags out. There is also wide spread crops famine across all nations so there another reason why MC so valuable. Only thing that humans was able to put against everyone is 'Hero System'. Imagine Dark Souls protagonist, no mater how much he will be killed, he will just revived at the camp. it was big nuisance to deal with. 'Was' because it was powered by The Cat? before his resealing and doesn't working anymore. They all now forced to bear they consequences.

You lucky that manga skips a lot of details otherwise this chart will be muuuch larger. WN does Character List every few hundred chapters to remind us. And its got bloated. chapter 630 is latest.

• Speaking of which Bulga, Stifano and Gucci as well as the rest of dragon's servants not simply Devils but Ancient Devils. It would be important moving forward after next martial tournament will concluded. The real Devils, much weaker ones, will show up along with another sub-species so its going to be confusing..
• Same with Donovan and the rest, inside village there is no normal Dwarfs only Elder Dwarfs. The normal Dwarfs lives outside of the forest, and Donovan having enough influence to make dwarf's king to listen to him..
• Don't forget that Shiso (Ancestor) not only first ever vampire to exist, ancestor of them all, also is founder of major and largest religion in the world.
• Masayuki is unique wolf that got himself harem, despite that wolves strictly monogamous with females much stronger, and in that got named as certain manga's character.
• Nyunyu-daphnes is a race of spirits tree/earth atribute. They actual form is a full grown tree, stump is an artistic choice (and state when they can't revert into human form due to damage, beast scratches/marks).
• Better edit D62 and F65, you mixed them. There probably should be Igu in D62 and instead F65.
• Ronana is from Minotaur species as well.
• G80 is just 💢 💢 . The girl has int own husband and son (she ask a medicine for him). As for Ancestor's wife she would be introduced later, she like to produced 'rotten' content.
• D117 latest in WN is chapter 889 and not confirmed, mentioned or even speculated. YET.
• D122 mid boss outside of forest, delicious tho.
• F125 a sub-race. It will be more confusing when Fenrirs became more prevalent, the first one puppy should be introduced already, probably was cut.

In that case lighter armour wouldn't protect much at all.

But it really depends what kind of rules they have. If they're fighting sufficiently non-lethal, like some point system, you wouldn't need armour at all if they're that good. And if they can just attack wherever they want, there's no point to it either, since the power discrepancy is way too high.

Anyway, my point was that if he needed armour at all, and armour works enough that they go for the gaps rather than hitting through the armour, then it's not useless.

Fair point, my point is that armor that adequately protects against Taijuboos is either physically or financially not viable for Garf. Hopefully we get to learn more about the wider world to better see how far the power disparity is

Also I doubt they'd use a point system, the trope in fantasy is that spars are meant to be as close as possible to a real fight

To put it into perspective, these last three chapters are 6,8 and 6 pages long. 20 pages for one WN chapter with a lot of the prose and back and forth dialogue trimmed or abbreviated.

This was chapter 182 in the WN, of over 800 chapters. Sure the chapter count of the manga adaptation is inflated because each chapter is broken up. Granted you obviously can't compare WN writing speed to manga drawing speed but yeah. There's a lot of content and a lot of meandering to do
