honestly surprised he didn't make a 'jacuzzi' or had the magicusers make it a 'heated' pool or so but i suppose it makes it more 'special' if some aspects were limited like an event

He usually doesn't think about stuff until something gives him the idea. Like he's been there quite some years now and only now thought about the idea for a pool? The first summer would have given someone that idea but he's very laid back compared to other slow life MCs so things pop into his mind quite slowly.

Honestly one of the biggest reasons this is still on my list despite it not having a whole lot of plot/story. It truly is a slice of life Manga that's so relaxing to read

A lot of isekais want to be slice of life, but fail because they have to introduce too much drama.

Currently reading a slice of life LN, Isekai Landmines. One of the rare non-OP isekais (though "significant advantage" might be true). A bit average, but comfy. Manga seems to have been axed (and only a few chapters here).

yeah i guess it also depends on if the residents want/need something specific, but other than his harem being a bit overprotective , i'm surprised he wouldn't take a small group, to go to some 'normal city' and 'sightsee'/what kinda things are out there or so to either copy or improve on (plus i guess in the og world he was always sickly/stuck in a hospital bed so he probably never used an actual pool when he was alive)

or at least the 'demon kingdom' since he has established relations there lol

Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if in this manga he never leaves the village or the forest surrounding it.
Like whenever he wants to know something or talk to someone outside the village. Someone else either goes for him or that person conveniently comes to his village instead.
