if i remember right from early. the angel went and got the elves cause our MC was too much for just the Vamp and angel. in the LN it implies its lots a night, his body can handle it, but he mental checks out after a while. MC also glosses over or ignores lots of stuff. true in both LN and manga. at leas manga there are funny background events and hints to the ignored.

as for succession, the children from vampire angel and dragon, the Higher wives are heirs. the children from the oni and elves, the concubines, are kept separate. to MC's dismay, and are not in line of succession. the women have turns and a rotation system for time with MC. but he will be the father of nations most likely
