Based on his appearance and personality, I assumed he was a gyaruo (male gyaru; typically seen as sleazy/thuggish) in his original world. He already thought of himself as scum prior to transferring over. He isn't exactly evil, but he is a manwhore by nature and was only justifying his actions in the first round because the person he was cucking was his best friend. He doesn't care about anyone this round so he's just a rampant scumbag now
