Previously, Hotaru had offered herself to him, although at that time Naoto is still not sure if she understand what she is saying. Finding her having sex with those men confirmed to him she know what she is saying.
During the sex, Naoto told her she doesn't need to service him like what she did to other men; she only need to learn to enjoy the pleasure for herself. He also want her to be more confident and able to say what she wants.

The fatso came in just when they're having sex.
Naoto told him he got no right to complain if Naoto and Hotaru, who are fellows from other world, wants to get intimate.

Naoto explained there are many Demon Kings in this game, and there are also cheat item to defeat the boss. It's one of the system made to motivate players to compete and fight against each other.
He asked the old peoples in the kingdom to investigate the legend they have, and found the cheat item is a spring of blessing inside ancient tomb.

During the trip, Mikihiko heard Naoto having sex with both Hotaru and Elenora. Yes, Naoto fucked up again. Well, at least previously, he kept his word about only doing Elenora from behind because she loves Mikihiko, that's his compromise.

After winning, everyone in the party receive their wish ticket. This is also something omitted by the explanation by the GM. According to the game system, all the players can just band up into as much party as there are Demon Kings, and then do a raid. All participating player will get reward. But that's not interesting, the GM want them to think they have to compete with other players.
Mikihiko used his wish to kill the people who defiled his sister. Naoto is dead. But Mikihiko lost his consciousness too after realizing his wish killed a lot of people in the palace. Hotaru slept with that many guys, even Elenora's father.
Hotaru used her wish to cancel Mikihiko's, but Naoto is the first to wake up.
Hotaru asked Naoto to use his wish to modify Mikihiko's memory, so he doesn't need to live it. But Mikihiko had left.

Naoto then made excuse of going on adventure to find Mikihiko (although finding Kenji is more important). Elenora and Hotaru stays to protect the kingdom.

In the epilogue of part 2, there seems to be someone who had been "guiding" some of the heroes. It's guiding Mikihiko to get stronger and have a revenge on Naoto.

btw, Kenji still meet with Yuno and Aria. But in place of Naoto, he got a girl who was his childhood friend. The childhood friend seems to be careful like Naoto, because she warned Kenji about not trusting the mysterious person who had been guiding him.
