So even if he doesn't have any skill with creative use like Naoto or Mikihiko, as long as he pick up the pace, he can just curbstomp any opposition by overwhelming difference in base status. And knowing the most troublesome skills, such as Naoto's absorb, is not effective against target with higher level, Kenji is practically immune to the skill itself (while for regular skills he can just tank them).
