I wonder if this author grew up watching too much Dragon Ball....the amount of "power creeping" this story has is unreal.
First we have Naoto who can steal levels and skills (by fucking) and Kenji who levels up at the speed of light, the we have Mikihiko who can seal skills.....and now we have a skill that can "mind control" someone else...
Bruh....I mean, this started with a guy cucking his (recently made) friend in order to "protect" him, so I understand it was never meant to be something "serious".....but imo, there also was no particular reason to add all this bs...

Isekai tend to be power fantasy with all those cheat skills. If it’s the case of multiple people getting summoned, it’s much more interesting to have everyone getting OP skill (such as in “defeat the corrupted isekai heroes” trope that often parodying cheat skill from popular series).
Better dynamic than the typical “classroom summoning” where everyone besides the MC are made to be average so only the MC can shine.

The king’s main safety net is the “you can’t harm me” command. With that Kazuha and Naoto can’t attack him directly.

Having both of them have sex behind Kenji is just extra safety measure. Unlike NPCs, his power can't completely influence players. On most people, he uses NPC to offer a “motivation”.
Naoto and Kazuha obviously realise he is enemy and will try to backstab him somewhere, so he need extra assurance with this blackmail material. “You don’t want to hurt Kenji with him finding out what the two of you had been doing”. Even if they told Kenji and he killed the king, it still doesn’t undo what they had done even under mind control. So, both of them will likely try to hide the fact from Kenji.
And the longer it goes, it’s like “you’ve lied to me, what else you might have been hiding from me”, trust is hard to regain.
