Yes, it's recent but Ojisan dropping spoilers is different from Takafumi doing the same thing. For one thing, Ojisan is the one the spirit is working with, Takafumi is just there for the ride.

Along with what reika said, there is also the fact that the memory spirit is doing a lot more of the lifting/direction this time. Before Ojisan was the one 'running' things, deciding when to show flashbacks, fast forward, and such. But, at this point the Memory Spirit has taken control due to everyone getting confused. So now Memory Spirit-san is the one running the show and Memory Spirit-san apparently has a much stricter no spoiler rule than Oji-san does.

LOL i haven't been paying too close attention to this series, is there like , a point to examining these memories other than his nephew and sorta-girlfriend's curiosity? like it eventually somehow getting his elf waifu to this world or opening some portal where he can go back and forth or whatever

i would expect, even tho sony's on the decline(?) he'd simply buy some older consoles/games or so as well in the down time they're not doing vids for monetization or so

It's not the memory spirit doing that, it's the story recap spirit that Uncle just gained access to a couple chapters ago.

The isekai story is the main story of the manga, we are learning how the uncle managed to escape the isekai world and wake up from his coma. We are watching the whole thing because the nephew was also interested in everything that happened and since the spirits work on a whim we have to do what they want - sort of - otherwise they will destroy the world. Also remember that tiny journal the uncle has where he wrote down painful memories before erasing his memories? That also might play a huge role in the future concerning to Elf.

BTW it is Sega, not Sony.

Everyone being talking about the fight, Magatsu breaking the rule, Takafumi being too much of isekai fan but the main thing is... Sui being not really a love expert at all just like Ojisan and due her being a tsundare, him taking her cold treatment as something bad, not realising the one that got away is now back to her kingdom with all the loot from the dungeon might just be swept away...
