@lexy I love it! It's so nice to find a manga like this, certainly for an Isekai this premise isn't common. (and I'm glad what I wrote was relatable!)
I think the only other similar story I know is Colette wa Shinu Koto ni Shita, and there's just something about writing like this that's so very moving.
In this manga's case it's not necessarily tackled issues as severe as Colette's story does but it does still elicit that familiar, soothing and sometime sad but hopeful feeling. Its admirable to be able to do that and express those feelings having a meal or a drink and snacks can bring about (even if maybe its something foreign to the reader, or relatable, there's still a lot of instances we can imagine despite gaps in experiences) .
It's such a joy to read.
