@OP_Zed Pretty similar things either way, honestly. Other things in the same ball park are your burrito and fajita type things. A number of things that are just called "wraps," even some types of crepe might have meat for filling. The tiniest variations could completely change how you're calling one of these things, but they're all still pretty much fillings in a soft bread wrap sort of deal.
The kebab bit in particular though, a quick Google image search will get you ones that look like this and ones that look a bit more like maybe a calzone or something, if I had to compare its appearance? So, there's variation there too, kind of like with pizza. Some people saying pizza might mean more like the thinner crust average pizza, someone else might mean like a big ol' deep dish.
